Bingo boom User Agreement

1、 General Provisions of User Agreement

1. By downloading, installing, or using Bingo boom ("Application") and any related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or service.   

2. Users are advised to carefully read the terms of this agreement before use.

3. The operator has the right to modify or supplement the relevant rules under this agreement from time to time and publish them on the website. If the user continues to use it, it shall be deemed that you accept the revised terms of this agreement.

2. You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold Ocean Pop Star and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or use of the application.

3. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company headquarters is located, without regard to conflicts of legal principles. Any disputes arising under this clause shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9、 Other terms&termination

1. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. We may suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time for any reason without prior notice. The parts regarding ownership, warranty disclaimer, liability limitation, and compensation shall remain valid after termination.
